You may return any unsuitable item within 3 days of receipt.
If any item you have ordered is unsuitable you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt by email at returns@vivienwalsh.com and obtain a Returns Authorisation Number.
Please include your original receipt and write the Returns Authorisation Number on the receipt. Any items that do not have this authorisation number will not be accepted.
We will be happy too refund or exchange returned items provided the items are returned in new and unused condition, in the original packaging and with all labels intact within 7 days of receiving you Returns Authorisation Number.
For hygiene reasons pierced earrings and hair accessories may not be exchanged or returned.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Except in the case of faulty items you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
It is advisable to send items by registered mail and keep your proof of posting as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
